Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver
Join our expanding Eastern fleet based in Cambridge, MA. This opportunity is designed for recent CDL school graduates seeking paid, mentored training and a path to a full-time driving career.
- $1,600–$1,800+ weekly

What the job looks like
- Predictable regional routes, serving New England and the Eastern U.S.
- Approximately 3,000 miles per week
- No-touch dry van freight
- Majority of loads are drop-and-hook
- Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
- No slip seating
- 24/7 support from dispatch
- Home time options to support work-life balance:
- Home weekly
- Home every other week
Training program
- Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
- Work with an experienced mentor
- Emphasis on safety and practical on-road experience to build confidence and skills
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
- Satisfactory driving record
- Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
- Available to start as soon as possible
