Sanitization Technician - Night Shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend the 9:00 PM shift huddle to receive nightly assignments.
- Perform sanitization and cleaning activities within laboratory/manufacturing areas.
- Sanitize floors, countertops, drains, walls (monthly cleanings), and safety showers.
- Use cleaning equipment such as walk-behind scrubbers and Matador scrubbers (training provided).
- Complete required GMP and site-specific training.
- Follow all company procedures and maintain cleanliness in GMP-regulated environments.
- Perform assigned sanitization tasks independently after completing training.
Skills:
- Ability to reliably work overnight (3rd shift).
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to perform light physical work, including lifting/moving 20–30 lb buckets.
- Strong willingness to learn.
- Prior sanitization, pharmaceutical, GMP, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
Education/Experience:
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred experience of 1–2 years or more.
- No prior GMP experience is required.
- Extensive onboarding and hands-on training will be provided.
- Ability to perform frequent standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work a permanent overnight shift.
