Java Full Stack Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer for a Contract with a client in North Quincy, MA (Remote). You will build scalable intranet applications with secure authentication/authorization and execute enterprise-level integrations to support end‑to‑end functionality .

Rate Range: $47/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Java Full Stack Developer job responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain custom intranet applications using React, Java, and Spring Boot with seamless internal and external integrations.

• Build and consume secure APIs, ensuring strong authentication, authorization, and compliance with enterprise security standards.

• Design scalable, high‑performance architectures to support complex business workflows and integrations.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, refine technical specifications, and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

• Perform code reviews, optimize application performance, and ensure best practices in coding, security, and design.

• Troubleshoot application issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions within agile development frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 6–8 years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack development using Java, Spring Boot, React, and API-based architectures.

• Strong proficiency in building secure, scalable applications with enterprise-grade integrations.

• Proven experience in authentication/authorization, API development, and implementing best practices for security and performance.

Pay Details: $47.00 to $49.00 per hour
