Child & Family Support Specialist (Therapeutic Mentor)
Location: HBT
Salary Range: $22–$24/hour

• Provide individualized and flexible services to youth and families with multiple needs
• Deliver interventions designed to maximize skills and strengths
• Support families through structured, strength-based therapeutic relationships
• Assist with implementing individualized plans developed by families and providers
• Engage youth and families to reduce child protective concerns and encourage resiliency
• Participate in clinical services and assessments to support emotional and behavioral needs
• Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred plus 1 year experience, OR
- Lived experience plus 5+ years working with children and families
• Essential Skills: - Experience working with children and families with significant mental health or behavioral challenges
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
• Requirements: - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in English required; multilingual skills a bonus
• Preferred: - Growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Lived experience valued
