Your Impact

Are you ready to step up and drive operational excellence in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment? At Axon, our Commercial Operations Analysts don’t just process deals—they shape how we scale. As a Commercial Operations Senior Analyst, you’ll own complex deal structures, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver insights that make our operations smarter and faster. You’ll be the go-to resource for navigating nuance, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring accuracy at scale.

This role is designed for a seasoned, detail-obsessed professional who thrives on creative problem-solving, can evaluate multiple factors in decision-making, and knows how to influence stakeholders. • Simplify and communicate complex information to cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, pricing, commercial operations, or a related field (or 3+ years with a Master’s).
  • Proven success managing moderately complex deal structures and demonstrating judgment in balancing customer needs with business goals.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM (CPQ strongly preferred) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, scenario modeling).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Clear, concise, and persuasive written and verbal communication skills; able to influence cross-functional decision-making.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding peers, with a collaborative and supportive leadership style.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while juggling competing priorities.
