Counter and Kitchen Support
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Counter and Kitchen Support staff member. This role is a blend of customer service and behind-the-scenes help, perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take food orders in person or over the phone with accuracy and professionalism
Operate the POS system and handle cash or credit card transactions
Package and bag orders for takeout and delivery
Restock front counter items, supplies, and condiments as needed
Assist with light kitchen duties such as food prep, slicing, and organizing
Maintain cleanliness of front counter, dining area, and workstations throughout shift
Support team members during busy hours with flexibility and a positive attitude
Qualifications:
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Friendly and customer-focused demeanor
Ability to follow instructions and maintain a clean workspace
Must be dependable and punctual
Prior food service or pizzeria experience is a plus, but not required
