Were hiring a TIG Welder/Fabricator to join a well-established, family-owned company specializing in custom sheet metal fabrication. Whether you bring years of hands-on experience or solid technical trainingwere open to the right person with the right attitude.

Pay: $23 - $29/hr depending on experience
Schedule: 1st Shift, Full-Time

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• TIG welding of custom sheet metal components

• Reading blueprints, specs, and technical drawings

• Fabricating one-off and small-batch specialty parts

• Using math skills to measure and cut accurately

• Meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality

• Working independently and keeping your area clean and organized

Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Either hands-on TIG welding experience or formal training (trade school or equivalent)

• Ability to read blueprints and specs

• Solid math and measuring skills

• Comfortable working solo with minimal direction

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must have your own hand tools, welding mask, and gloves

• Experience with punch press or press brake a plus
