Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and execution of delicious dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Cook and plate menu items according to set recipes and guidelines
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food production
- Follow proper food safety procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understanding of food safety guidelines and procedures
