Requirements:

• Real Estate License: Must be a licensed real estate agent or in the process of obtaining your license.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for building rapport with diverse clients.
• Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using real estate platforms, social media, and other digital tools for marketing and client engagement.
• Self-Motivation: Driven and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive industry.
• Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Work Ethic: Strong commitment to managing multiple clients and listings with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Passion for Real Estate: Genuine interest in the real estate industry, with a commitment to staying updated on market trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate or sales is advantageous but not required.
• Familiarity with the Boston area and its neighborhoods is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
