Boardwalk Properties is hiring newly and seasoned real estate agents who want to close massive amounts of deals using the best technology, tools and training while having the ability to earn uncapped commissions!

As a key part of our team, you’ll build and maintain relationships with property owners while delivering top-tier service to rent their properties. With BostonPads.com driving more web traffic than any other local site, we’re generating an influx of leads—more than we can handle provided to you at no extra cost! You’ll have the chance to work with these high-quality leads and close more deals than ever before!!
Requirements:
- Real Estate License: Must be a licensed real estate agent or in the process of obtaining your license.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for building rapport with diverse clients.
- Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using real estate platforms, social media, and other digital tools for marketing and client engagement.
- Self-Motivation: Driven and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive industry.
- Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Work Ethic: Strong commitment to managing multiple clients and listings with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Passion for Real Estate: Genuine interest in the real estate industry, with a commitment to staying updated on market trends and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with the Boston area and its neighborhoods is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
