Position Overview:
- Seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Executive to join our growing U.S. enterprise sales team.
- This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing the full sales lifecycle across strategic accounts within the Banking and Insurance sectors, with potential expansion into other regulated industries.
- The ideal candidate is a consultative enterprise seller who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience selling complex software solutions to senior decision-makers.
- This role will focus heavily on new logo acquisition, while also developing long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Sales Executives will collaborate with Client's network of global system integrators and technology partners to drive market expansion and deliver value-based solutions to customers.

- A high-energy sales hunter who enjoys building new relationships and creating opportunities
- A consultative seller capable of understanding complex business problems and positioning technology solutions
- Comfortable engaging with enterprise executives and technology leaders
- Highly self-motivated and able to manage a complex sales cycle independently
- Skilled in navigating large organizations and multi-stakeholder buying processes
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned territory and target industries.
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop strategic account plans to penetrate target organizations and expand relationships with key stakeholders.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams including presales, delivery, marketing, and partner alliances to drive successful outcomes.
- Partner with system integrators and technology partners to identify and pursue joint opportunities.
- Conduct industry and client research to understand business challenges and position Client's solutions effectively.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility within CRM.
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
Requirements:
- 5 - 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably within Banking, Insurance, or other regulated industries.
- Demonstrated success selling complex enterprise technology solutions with long sales cycles.
- Proven ability to build consultative relationships with senior business and technology leaders.
- Strong track record of new business development and quota achievement.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical, delivery, and partner teams.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience selling solutions such as:
- Business Process Management (BPM)
- Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
- Case Management Platforms
- Low-code / No-code development platforms
- Hyperautomation or workflow automation technologies
- Experience working with system integrators or channel partners is also highly desirable.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
