Salary range:
85,000.00 - 105,000.00
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Tactical recruiting to fill store-level open positions. Source and attract qualified, passive candidates to hiring processes.- Drive a consistent recruitment process from acquisition to onboarding by providing a comprehensive multi-channel plan to attract great talent.
- Ensure outstanding operational excellence across full life-cycle recruiting efforts.
- Work collaboratively with the Human Resources Business Partner and other partners to ensure talent acquisition needs are fulfilled.
- Amplify the company vision and culture to inspire a diverse pool of talent for high-volume recruiting needs, including proactive sourcing. (I would replace this bullet with the one below, as it encompasses better what the Recruiters do in each market, emphasizing diversity initiatives.)
- Collaborate on market intelligence as requested.
- Provide a regular cadence of recruitment reporting to Hiring Managers and HRBP to improve the hiring strategy of the Region. (This is a new bullet since we need to be able to expect them to know how to manage and report analytics)
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Produce hiring results. Be accountable for filling requisitions while also ensuring the quality of new hires is measured based on sourced candidate retention. (This bullet will need to be more precise when we come up with how long the Recruiter is held accountable after hire to measure quality through retention– 30 days? 60 days? This might not need to be specified here, but on our objectives as a team, and also on the SLAs that will be created.- Demonstrate a service and support mindset with candidates and hiring managers.
- Leads and ensures an exceptional candidate experience through hiring events, digital/social media recruiting, job post integrity, and interview process.
- Develop and lead a wide array of localized talent channel programs that advance their candidate pool and meet the business’s talent needs.
- Focus on partnership with hiring managers to ensure hiring goals are met.
- Champion hiring excellence by effectively outlining who will perform each aspect of the process when multiple people are involved.
- In partnership with hiring managers, ensure all new stores are fully staffed according to timelines.
- Demonstrate retail business acumen to gain and maintain credibility.
- Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Travel is required
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, and/or EDUCATION:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- High school diploma/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired.
- 3-5 years of work experience in providing Talent Acquisition support, preferably in a retail/multi-unit/multi-state environment, is desired.
- Must be Tech/Computer Savvy, with knowledge of the Microsoft Suite and various software.
- Ability to travel based on business needs.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and procedures, and operating and maintenance instructions.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk; reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds.
