Sales Representative

CARMART is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone intermediate to fluent in English who is eager to develop their career in a supportive and fast-paced automotive sales environment. As a key team member, you will guide customers through the entire sales process—from initial contact to final purchase—delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and online leads in Portuguese, Spanish, or English
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
• Conduct test drives and explain financing and warranty options (training provided)
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage sales leads using CRM software
• Perform follow-ups with prospective clients to close sales
• Work collaboratively with the Finance, Service, and Management teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with inventory presentation and showroom organization
• Participate in cold calling and other lead-generation activities as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum intermediate in English communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
• Basic computer skills is a must. Candidate must know how to use excel.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Professional phone etiquette and follow-up skills
• Full-time availability, including Weekends
• Positive attitude and a proactive, team-oriented approach
