Cedar’s Foods is looking for dependable and hardworking team members to join our production team as Palletizers. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, stacking, wrapping, and organizing finished products while helping maintain quality, safety, and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position plays an important role in ensuring products are properly prepared and staged for storage and shipment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products and boxes to ensure quality and customer specifications are met
• Remove damaged or non-conforming products while minimizing waste
• Stack and palletize finished cases according to production and customer requirements
• Wrap and secure completed pallets as needed
• Move finished pallets to designated storage areas using pallet jacks or hand trucks
• Maintain clean and organized work areas following GMP and food safety standards
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, GMPs, and SOPs
• Report equipment, product, or safety concerns to supervision promptly
• Work collaboratively with team members to support production goals
• Safely operate an electric pallet jack after training
• Support other production and warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or palletizing experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods of time
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive movements throughout shift
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in refrigerated and variable temperature environments (generally 35–50&degree;F)
• Ability to work around moving equipment and loud production environments requiring hearing protection
• Ability to safely use stairs and maintain balance while moving throughout the facility
