Key Job Details – ICU RN Travel Nurse

• Location: Burlington, MA 01803 – Experience the best of Massachusetts healthcare jobs with easy access to Boston and a thriving suburban environment.
• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing
• Unit: Critical Care Float Pool (ICU & PCU)
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 3 shifts per week (36 hours/week), every other weekend required
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (September 8, 2025 – December 6, 2025)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2470 - $2540

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience (Trauma Level I facility preferred; Trauma Level II considered)
• Previous travel nurse experience preferred
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Must pass Telemetry test on first day (pass/fail)
• COVID-19 vaccines and booster required at time of submission
• Flu vaccine required for new staff starting 9/2; current staff must be vaccinated by 12/1 (declinations not accepted)
• Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past six months
• Facility is not accepting local candidates

ICU RN Responsibilities

• Float between ICU and PCU units, providing high-quality clinical support and patient care
• Monitor, assess, and treat critically ill patients following established nursing protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR
• Participate in ongoing nursing education and maintain required certifications
• Comply with all facility policies, procedures, and infection control standards
