Precast Concrete knowledge is a plus but not required, including product forming, handling, storage and shipping. Follows, coordinates and ensures proper compliance with pre-established production schedules, processes and procedures and safety guidelines to produce a high quality product. Quality conscious and a strong work ethic important. Ability to contribute to a positive team spirit.

Individuals with the following experience and abilities should apply:

Responsibilities

• Handle repairs on steel forms / equipment

• Measure work piece dimensions to determine accuracy

• Handle and assemble rebar cages per production specifications.

• General production and maintenance duties when needed.

• Operate any equipment needed to perform the job.

Preferences

• Availability to work overtime

• Physical demands to perform safely at all times

Working Conditions:

• Production employees are exposed to the varied weather conditions
• Rain gear and winter coveralls are available for your protection
• Safety glasses, hard hat, gloves, and steel toe boots are required daily but provided
• Ability to lift / move equipment and or tools weighing up to 50lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
