Dermatologist

Cambridge Health Alliance is recruiting Dermatologists to join our award-winning public healthcare system in Boston’s metro north communities. CHA provides innovative primary, specialty and emergency care to our diverse patient population through an established network of outpatient clinics and two full service hospitals.
Responsibilities:
Full-time or part-time opportunity to join our well-established practice of 3 MDs and 2 PAs in a collaborative, team-based environment
Provide exceptional outpatient care to our adult population
Teach medical students and residents. CHA is a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School (HMS). Position carries a HMS appointment of Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor, commensurate with HMS appointment criteria, candidate qualifications and commitment to teaching responsibilities
Additional opportunity for inpatient consults, surgical dermatology, pediatric dermatology and teledermatology dependent on candidates interest and experience
Qualifications:
Successful completion of an accredited residency program
Board certification from American Board of Dermatology
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to serving CHA’s socioeconomically and culturally diverse patient population
Experience in an academic safety net system is a plus
CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 403b retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars). The full time guaranteed base salary range of $380,000-$445,000 is based on years of experience. Total compensation includes base salary plus production incentive.
