Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. In this role, you will represent Colours in a professional and cost-effective manner, contributing to both customer satisfaction and overall profitability. A clean driving record is required, and a background check will be conducted.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a wide variety of items to multiple locations using efficient routes
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
- Provide excellent customer service, including requesting feedback and resolving customer concerns
- Collect payments as needed
- Inform customers about new products and services
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports
- Comply with DOT regulations and safety standards
- Learn basic paint mixing procedures
- Occasionally assist with answering phones
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver
- Valid driver’s license and Social Security card required
- Clean driving record with no traffic violations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
