Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Director is a working supervisor that plans, develops, organizes, implements and directs the day-to-day functions of plant operations.
• The Maintenance Director serves on committees as appointed, maintains inventory and adheres to department budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications

• We require at least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Director in plant operations.
• Candidates must have knowledge of building service practices and procedures. Knowledge of regulations for Assisted Living Facilities in MA is preferred.
• Must possess the ability to plan and carry out programs in repair and equipment installation.
• Must be able to lead a team, supervise and mentor staff members.
• Must exhibit excellent customer service skills and be able to interact with residents and family members.
• Qualified candidates will have excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
