We are currently looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Home Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who communicates well, works well with others, and can also complete tasks independently with responsibility and care.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of residential homes and occasional commercial spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, mop floors, clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
• Sanitize surfaces and follow proper cleaning and safety procedures.
• Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment depending on the surface.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Communicate with team members and management when necessary.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns when observed.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when items need to be restocked.
• Provide professional and friendly service to clients.

Requirements

• Previous residential cleaning experience is required .
• Strong communication skills .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
• Must have authorization to work in the United States (Social Security required) .
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job locations.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented .
• Ability to relocate between different job sites during the day if needed .
• Must be able to pass a background check if required .
• Ability to lift and move light furniture or cleaning equipment when necessary.
• Flexible schedule, with occasional Saturday availability if needed .
