• Greet and assist patients with a positive welcoming attitude
• Present and explain dental treatment plans clearly and confidently

• Schedule patient appointments and maintain an organized workflow
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience

What Were Looking For:

• Ability to start as soon as possible
  
• Prior experience in a dental or medical front office setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning systems a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
