Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems, Electrical (FPGA), Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity is required and at least zero to three years of related work experience. Agile experience preferred.
Candidates must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S.Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to thenature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this PositionAs an Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) Member for General Dynamics Mission Systems youll rotate across several cross functional teams within Dedham, Massachusetts; Quincy Massachusetts or Taunton, Massachusetts and opportunity to support other sites that are responsible for Strategic Weapon Deterrence, Shipboard Electronic Integration, Submarine Combat Systems and more. While completing different rotations you will also complete a technical masters degree, undergo internal training, be involved in community engagement, and establish a strong professional network.

Depending on rotation, this position is hybrid allowing you to flex your time between on site and home.
