We’re hiring a Bilingual Office Assistant who is fluent in English and conversational in Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole to help connect families with critical childcare and social service support. This is a hybrid opportunity with remote training and the chance to be part of a compassionate, people-first organization.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or health and human services
What You’ll Do:
- Help determine eligibility for childcare subsidies and add families to the statewide waitlist
- Provide accurate information about local child care programs and community resources
- Use multiple online platforms, including the iCarol database, to manage case information
- Identify family needs and offer helpful, relevant referrals to social service agencies
- Learn and apply policies from the Department of Early Education & Care (EEC)
- Work towards AIRS certification to grow professionally in this field
