Watch Staff (Full-Time)

Primary responsibilities:

· Overnight monitoring of our buildings using a Company-provided vehicle and walking tours

· Locking and unlocking common area doors

· Recording observations on facility-related issues such as broken doors and lights and suspicious people

The preferred candidate will possess:

· Previous security experience is valuable, but not required

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Attention to detail and observation skills

Required qualifications:

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Schedule:

· Monday through Thursday (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

The hourly rate range is $23 - $28, based on experience.
