Dermatology LCM Indications Lead

Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. Main Responsibilities: The Dermatology LCM Lead will work closely with the Dermatology TA Head. Early Global Brand development strategy and launch preparation 80%
- Develop strategic input into Phase 2 / 3 developments for pre-identified indications, working in tandem with the various Asset Strategy Leads/TA Heads
- Work with Global Development and Medical Affairs, ensure that key TPPs are developed develop and Integrated Evidence Generation Planning put in place to support the development
- Input into Sci Comms planning for publication strategy and brand awareness generation, and participate in execution of the Dermatology TA congress strategy
- Work with Commercial Excellence teams to ensure appropriate continuity/tracking of progress and generate market insights
- Address key insights and proactively identify customer needs to support development plans and establish amlitelimab as the future standard of care
- Work with Sanofi Launch Excellence resources to optimize launch planning
- Prepare multichannel approaches to amplify the customer experience including digital strategy
- Communicate closely with Strategy & Marketing Operations, and with agency partners, to ensure appropriate planning, tracking and. development of early brand plan.

- Bachelor's degree, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- 5 or more years of pharmaceutical commercial experience
- Demonstrated success working in a matrixed environment
- Pre-launch experience preferred but not required
- Global marketing / biologics / experience preferred but not required
