Pediatric NP or PA needed in Worcester, MA

About the Position:

An established community health organization is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its growing outpatient clinic. This role requires at least 1–2 years of pediatric experience —new graduates will not be considered. Family NPs or PAs may be considered only if their clinical background is exclusively in pediatrics .

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position focused on delivering comprehensive primary care to a diverse pediatric population, from newborns through adolescence. The clinic serves a community with a rapidly growing newborn population , so providers must be highly confident in caring for infants, including well-baby checks and early developmental care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-spectrum pediatric primary care, including preventive visits and sick care
• Manage a patient panel from newborns through adolescents
• Perform well-baby and routine pediatric health assessments
• Participate in urgent care coverage as needed
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of NPs, PAs, and physicians
• Support and contribute to community health programs and outreach initiatives
• Represent the organization in local partnerships, community groups, and public health efforts

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $120,000 – $158,000 (based on experience)
