Polisher/Deburring Operators Wanted!

Our client is seeking motivated individuals to join their production team as Manufacturing Finishing Associates . This position supports the final preparation and quality finishing of metal components through sanding, surface finishing, cleaning, and inspection activities. Training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on manufacturing experience.

1st Shift

• Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Friday as needed)
• Starting Pay: $19.00/hour

2nd Shift

• Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
• Starting Pay: $21.00/hour
• Training period may require a temporary start time of approximately 1:00 PM for the first two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Perform finishing operations on metal components, including sanding, edge smoothing, and surface preparation.
• Operate finishing equipment to achieve required product appearance and quality standards.
• Inspect parts for surface defects and overall quality.
• Clean finished components using production washing equipment.
• Handle and move lightweight materials throughout the work process.
• Follow established safety and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
• Previous manufacturing experience
