Title: Client Relations Specialist - Private Client Group
Joyal Capital Management, LLC is a very successful boutique financial firm serving the high net worth space for nearly 40 years. Our firm is very unique and because of this we look to recruit atypical human capital.
Due to significant growth and expansion, Joyal Capital Management, LLC is looking for an individual to complement our Private Client Group. The successful candidate must be proficient in all Microsoft programs, detail oriented, diligent and have a very high personal work product standard.
Job Description:
• Assist other team members with client files when necessary
• Assist the executive team in estate planning preparation
• Complete the Estate Analysis Financial and or Business Analysis for Executive Team
• Prepare client presentations including but not limited to power point presentations, estate planning binders and personal financial statements
• Attend client meetings/conference calls when available or as needed
• Research existing client file for updates and accuracy
• Cross reference legal designs with current legal documents
• Contact the drafting Attorney for additional updates
• Contact insurance carriers for updated values in-force illustrations
• Contact the JCM client and/or advisors for updates to Personal Financial Statements
• First line point of contact for client relationship servicing issues
• Process, follow up and maintenance of retitling of client assets
In this position, having the right personality to succeed at JCM will be more relevant than prior experience. Sufficient training will be available for the individual who assumes this role. Also, for the right person, this opportunity will lead to a direct client-facing role, where the incumbent will have direct access to higher net worth clients
