Plastics Processor
Overview:
Seeking an experienced Plastics Processor to support injection molding operations, optimize machine performance, and ensure quality output.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and process injection molding machines (start-ups, shut-downs, changeovers)
- Troubleshoot process, material, and quality issues
- Adjust machine parameters to maintain quality and efficiency
- Perform mold changes and basic mold maintenance/cleaning
- Monitor production and ensure scrap reduction
- Work with QA to meet specs (calipers, micrometers, visual standards)
Requirements:
- 2+ years in injection molding processing
- Experience with machine setup, process adjustments, and troubleshooting
- Familiar with resins, temps, pressures, cycle times
- Ability to read work instructions and basic prints
- Strong attention to quality and safety
Nice to Have:
- Experience with robotics (Fanuc/Yushin)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / 13485 environments
- Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting

- Plastics - PA6 Experience
- Injection Molding Experience
