We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient temporary Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our systems, ensuring precision and completeness. This temporary position (estimated 3 months) requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with tight deadlines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Input and update data in a timely and accurate manner into databases or spreadsheets.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity.
- Perform routine data cleaning and validation to maintain accurate records.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval.
- Assist in generating reports and summarizing data for analysis.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in data entry processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to data security policies.
- Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Meet established deadlines and quotas for data entry tasks.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
- Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment and technology.
- Must remain in stationary position for long periods of time at desk or computer
- Requires occasional standing, sitting, walking; using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reaching with hands and arms; climbing stairs; hearing; talking.
