Executive Producer, Wayfair Verified Video Production
Salary Range: $127,238 - $148,625
The above base pay range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of Wayfair’s total compensation package for employees. Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commissions and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a comprehensive suite of medical, financial and additional benefits.

This is a hybrid role in Boston, MA. Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote.
Wayfair Verified is a high priority initiative that highlights products that have been tested and evaluated by our product specialists for quality, value, and customer experience. These products appear across the Wayfair shopping journey with rich content that helps customers quickly understand what makes them stand out.
Why This Role Matters: You will lead the studio and production engine behind Wayfair Verified, running a multi-bay, high-volume video operation that produces hundreds of product videos each week. This role combines creative vision, operational excellence, and scaled content production.
As Executive Producer, you will own the end-to-end video program, building repeatable formats, workflows, and production systems that allow Wayfair to tell consistent, high-quality product stories at scale. You will continuously drive automation, efficiency improvements, and the adoption of the latest production tools to streamline workflows and maximize throughput, while experimenting with new video formats that directly enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end video production for Wayfair Verified, from concept to delivery
- Run a multi-bay, high-volume studio, delivering 15–20 videos per bay per day
- Build and scale repeatable video formats and workflows that consistently deliver high-quality product storytelling
- Manage a team of full-time and contractor staff, including producers, directors of photography (DPs), production assistants, editors, stylists, scriptwriters, production assistants, digital image technicians (DITs) and on-camera talent
- Partner cross-functionally with merchants, creative, and studio operations to create content aligned to business goals
- Continuously improve throughput, efficiency, and cost per video while maintaining creative standards
- Drive automation, tooling, and workflow improvements to maximize operational efficiency
- Test, iterate, and launch new video formats that enhance product understanding and customer engagement
What You’ll Need:
- 8+ years of experience in video production, creative production, or studio operations
- Proven experience running high-volume production environments or multi-stage studios
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous productions and scale workflows
- Experience recruiting, developing and leading production teams (full time and contract staff)
- Strong skills in production planning, scheduling, and operational leadership
- Excellent organization skills and ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders
- Ability to leverage automation and production tools to improve efficiency without compromising creative quality
- Ability to balance creative quality with speed, scale, and operational efficiency
