Euphoria Smoke Shop is a locally owned and rapidly growing smoke shop offering a wide selection of glass, vapes, tobacco products, and smoking accessories. We take pride in providing excellent customer service and creating a friendly, knowledgeable atmosphere for our customers. We’re seeking a dependable and motivated Store Manager to lead our team and keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing
- Train, supervise, and support staff to ensure top-tier customer service
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and maintain organized product displays
- Ensure compliance with all MA state regulations and age-restriction laws
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Track sales, analyze trends, and meet store performance goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
Qualifications
- Retail management experience required; smoke shop or specialty retail preferred
- Strong product knowledge (vapes, glass, tobacco, accessories) or willingness to learn
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Must be 21+ with valid ID
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
