Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 5 shifts per week
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic interventions following the PT plan of care
- Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately
- Assist with patient education and home exercise programs
- Communicate patient status and updates to the supervising PT
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient goals
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of physical therapy interventions and treatment plans
- Strong patient care and interpersonal skills
- Accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Patient education and home exercise program instruction
- Infection control and safety compliance
- Effective communication with patients and healthcare teams
