Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Psychiatric | Weekend Days | 13-Week Contract

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment at a Transitional Support Services (TSS) facility in Tewksbury, MA. This role focuses on addiction recovery care, providing essential support to patients transitioning from detox to community living.

This is a part-time weekend position , ideal for local candidates looking to make a meaningful impact in behavioral health.

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks with possible extension (04/27/2026 – 07/25/2026)
• Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays
• Shift: Day Shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
• Hours: 12 hours/week (6-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients for withdrawal symptoms and overall health stability
• Manage medications, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) such as buprenorphine and naltrexone
• Lead psycho-educational groups and relapse prevention sessions
• Provide education on addiction recovery and healthy lifestyle practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care planning and case management
• Support aftercare planning and referrals to outpatient services
• Maintain a safe, structured environment, including drug screening compliance

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Massachusetts)
• Experience in psychiatric, behavioral health, or addiction recovery nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Local candidates only
• Must not have worked at any BILH-affiliated facility in the past 6 months
• Ability to attend an in-person interview
