Corporate Outreach Specialist – Graduate Recruitment

We’re seeking a motivated and relationship-driven professional to help strengthen connections between our graduate business programs and leading employers in the financial services sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on outreach, enjoys making new connections, and wants to help top-tier business students launch meaningful careers.

Pay range for this opening is between $30-40/hour based on experience

Responsibilities Include:

• Identify and contact companies across investment banking, asset management, private equity, venture capital, consulting, and related industries.
• Build and nurture partnerships that align employer recruiting needs with a business graduate talent pool.
• Coordinate employer engagement activities such as company presentations, coffee chats, and networking events.
• Collaborate with career services and program leadership to create opportunities for student-employer connections.

Must-Have Requirements for Consideration:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in business development, recruiting, relationship management, or university/employer relations.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree
• Exceptional communication and outreach skills including being comfortable cold-calling or emailing potential partners.
• Interest and proficient knowledge of the financial services industry and familiarity with its major players.
• A collaborative mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
