Job DescriptionLumina Agency INC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in Lawrence, MA. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts with professionalism and accuracy
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely support
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively
- Monitor account performance and contribute to reporting and analysis
- Support the development and implementation of client-focused strategies
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all assigned accounts
