Automotive Lot Attendant / Valet
Full-time position
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the sales managers and in accordance with dealership display standards.
- Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicle, and gas up vehicles.
- Communication with management/prep department for daily deliveries
- Ensure all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom
- Assist with inventory management
- Ensure all window stickers are properly placed on newly arrived vehicles for display on the sales floor or lot
- Pick up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to dealership.
- Weather-related clean up when needed / SNOW removal of Cars and Entrances ( Light Shoveling / Cleaning Cars off )
- Transport customers and dealership personnel, as needed
- Building and ground maintenance as needed
- Other functions and special projects may be assigned
Qualifications
- Clean Driver’s record with valid License A Must!
- Ability to drive across surrounding states to transport vehicles
- Knowledge of basic automotive repair and maintenance
- Ability to handle machinery safely
This is a full-time position 35-40 hours a week.
