We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our collaborative team. This on-site role is responsible for servicing national accounts through phone and email communications, processing quotes, and managing sales orders.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, and driven to grow sales while building strong, lasting relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow customer relationships through proactive phone and email outreach.
• Manage customer RFQ inquiries, providing competitive price and delivery information.
• Convert quotes into orders and enter sales orders into our ERP system.
• Review customer purchase orders and specifications with exceptional accuracy.
• Monitor open orders daily to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
• Collaborate across departments to provide outstanding customer support.
• Contribute to special projects and occasionally travel to customer facilities as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of inside sales or related experience.
• College degree or equivalent professional training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems a plus.
• Knowledge of microelectronic components desired or industry equivalent.
• Strong sales mindset with persistence and follow-through.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

· Full-Time position, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Education:

· Bachelor’s (preferred)

Experience:

· Basic electronic components knowledge: 3 years (preferred)

· Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport and relationships with stakeholders
