We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our collaborative team. This on-site role is responsible for servicing national accounts through phone and email communications, processing quotes, and managing sales orders.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, and driven to grow sales while building strong, lasting relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow customer relationships through proactive phone and email outreach.
- Manage customer RFQ inquiries, providing competitive price and delivery information.
- Convert quotes into orders and enter sales orders into our ERP system.
- Review customer purchase orders and specifications with exceptional accuracy.
- Monitor open orders daily to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
- Collaborate across departments to provide outstanding customer support.
- Contribute to special projects and occasionally travel to customer facilities as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of inside sales or related experience.
- College degree or equivalent professional training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems a plus.
- Knowledge of microelectronic components desired or industry equivalent.
- Strong sales mindset with persistence and follow-through.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

· Full-Time position, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Education:
· Bachelor’s (preferred)
Experience:
· Basic electronic components knowledge: 3 years (preferred)
· Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport and relationships with stakeholders
