Clinical Care Supervisor – Senior Living

We are seeking a Clinical Care Supervisor – Senior Living to oversee resident wellness and care services in an assisted living setting. This role partners closely with the Resident Care Director, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff supervision. Ideal for a licensed nurse with leadership experience in assisted living or long-term care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and support Memory Care and Resident Care Assistants
• Manage resident assessments, admissions, and individualized care plans
• Oversee medication administration and compliance with state standards
• Communicate with families about resident needs, health changes, and incidents
• Coordinate pharmacy deliveries, audits, and medication systems

Requirements (Must-Haves):

• Active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts
• Experience supervising staff in healthcare or senior living
• Knowledge of Massachusetts assisted living regulations
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to document/track resident care
• Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for prolonged periods

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Dementia or memory care background (certification a plus)
• Experience supporting residents with complex care needs
• History of coaching, team development, or performance improvement
