Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal departments. Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer support via phone and email.
• Respond to inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding products and services.
• Process orders, return authorizations, and other customer requests accurately.
• Review purchase orders for discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage field service requests from initiation to final processing.
• Monitor and escalate orders on hold as needed.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Process daily invoices and credit card payments.
• Deposit checks and communicate with Gulf AR.
• Provide backup support for the Administrative Manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Basic math skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and procedures.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background check, drug test, and MVR.
