Registered Nurse Educator - Family Birthplace Unit

Our healthcare partner is seeking a highly skilled RN Educator to join their team and focus on educating operating room circulation for C-sections.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing expert education and training in the Family Birthplace Unit, specifically focusing on C-sections.
• Utilizing your high proficiency in labor and delivery or circulating experience to enhance the skills of the team.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure best practices in operating room procedures.
• Maintaining compliance with all required certifications and facility protocols.

Requirements for this position include:

• 3+ years of current RN Educator experience in the perinatal field.
• Experience in educating circulating in OR for C-sections.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree.
• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (must be included in profile).
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply).
• Proficiency in Meditech Expanse is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend and participate in holiday rotations.
• Must have own vehicle for the assignment.
