About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Planet Fitness - NJ/MA One World Fitness as a Weekend Closer! This exciting role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about fitness and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the gym is clean, organized, and ready for members at closing time.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests.
• Assist with membership sign-ups and inquiries.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor gym equipment and report any maintenance issues.
• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all members.
• Support team members in achieving daily operational goals.
• Enforce gym policies and procedures to ensure member safety.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
• Availability to work weekends and closing shifts.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
