We are a growing property management company, with 40 years of service, overseeing state-of-the-art and luxury residential buildings across the Boston metro area. We are actively seeking a On-Site Property Manager who thrives at managing a high-end residential high rise with staff in the Boston area to join the MMC Team! Our property managers play a critical role in developing and maintaining positive client relationships while working in a cross-functional capacity with all internal company departments.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- High level consultancy with Boards, property owners & developers
- Successfully advise and manage a luxury residential property in the Boston area
- Set up and opening of new development properties.
- Transition from developer to Board of Trustees.
- Resolution of client requests and inquiries with diplomacy and tact.
- Bid solicitation, contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Site staff management, coaching and leadership.
- Financial management and budgeting.
- General knowledge of building systems, property maintenance requirements and ability to evaluate site conditions.
- Delivering clear, concise and prompt communications.
- Participate in on-call rotation after hours, weekends & holiday.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in successful condominium management.
- Participation in an after-hours emergency rotation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Property management designations through CAI or IREM, highly preferred.
- Must pass a background and CORI check.
Benefits:
- Salary range of $95,000-$115,000 commensurate with experience
