ResponsibilitiesRecruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents to reach their full professional potential.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with our growth goals in the Haverhill region.
Monitor team performance metrics and provide actionable coaching to improve outcomes.
Represent The Atlantic District at local networking events to foster community partnerships.
Collaborate with agency leadership to refine our sales approach and product offerings.
Maintain an environment where every team member feels valued and supported in their daily tasks.
RequirementsCurrent Massachusetts Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.
Proven history of building and leading successful sales teams.
Deep understanding of the local Massachusetts insurance landscape.
Ability to communicate complex policy details with clarity and patience.
Expertise in managing a sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
