**Our client, a leading global technology and data infrastructure company, is seeking a Hardware & Cabling Technician - Data Center to join their team.** As a **Hardware & Cabling Technician** , you will be part of the **Data Center Operations Department** supporting the **Infrastructure Deployment and Hardware Maintenance teams** . The ideal candidate will have **strong attention to detail** , **technical troubleshooting skills** , and **a commitment to safety and precision** , which will align successfully within the organization. **Job Title:** Hardware & Cabling Technician - Data Center **Location:** Quincy, WA 98848 **Pay Range:** $22/hr - $26/hr **What's the Job?** 1. Install, stage, and set up servers, racks, and switches according to deployment and safety standards. 2. Manage structured cabling - including labeling, routing, and verifying connections for accuracy and performance. 3. Perform system startups, shutdowns, and post-installation quality checks. 4. Troubleshoot and replace faulty hardware components to maintain uptime. 5. Decommission or refresh equipment as part of scheduled upgrades and maintenance. **What's Needed?** 1. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. 2. 1+ year of hands-on experience supporting IT hardware or cabling systems. 3. Basic understanding of servers, networking equipment, and infrastructure layout. 4. Strong organizational skills and ability to follow detailed procedures. 5.
