BrokerWise is hiring a Remote Sales Representative to introduce our real estate software platform to agents, teams, brokerages, recruiters, and related service businesses.

BrokerWise provides its own real estate system with lead CRM-style tracking, client follow-up tools, listing support, recruiting outreach, appointment-setting support, automation, and AI-assisted business tools.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a remote outreach and sales role. You will contact real estate professionals, introduce BrokerWise, explain the platform clearly, answer basic questions, and book demos or sales conversations with interested prospects.

• Explain how BrokerWise helps with leads, follow-up, listings, recruiting, automation, and business growth

• Identify qualified prospects

• Book demos or sales calls

• Follow up by phone, email, text, or CRM-style tracking

• Keep organized notes on leads, interest, objections, and next steps

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Comfortable with sales outreach, cold calling, follow-up, and appointment setting

• Clear and professional communicator

• Interested in real estate, software, AI tools, CRM systems, or sales technology

• Self-motivated and able to work remotely

• Organized and consistent with follow-up

COMPENSATION

This is a remote, performance-based sales opportunity. Compensation may include commission, referral-based earnings, or other performance-based pay depending on the final arrangement and results.
