**Job Description:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in the success of our banquets, weddings, corporate meetings, and other special events.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications.
- Greet guests as they arrive and assist with seating arrangements.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring high standards of service.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area throughout events.
- Respond to guest inquiries and fulfill their requests efficiently and courteously.
- Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure smooth operation.
- Assist in breaking down and cleaning up after events.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
