Job Title: Operator 1 (Night Shift)
Location: Clinton, MA
Customer: Kelly Services
Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (rotating schedule)
Summary:
Join our manufacturing team in Clinton, MA, supporting Kelly Services to ensure the on-time shipment of high-quality products. As an Operator 1, you will be responsible for the manual assembly, functional testing, and inventory management of Direct Fulfillment systems. Efficiency, attention to detail, and a focus on safety and quality are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manually assemble systems using torque drivers and hardware to specified volumes
- Functionally test completed systems according to established processes
- Retrieve necessary materials from flow racks and bin locations
- Perform back flush operations on computer operating systems
- Conduct physical inventory in designated areas
- Maintain 5S order and cleanliness at all times
- Adhere to all safety rules and utilize required personal protective equipment
- Comply with company safety, health, and security policies
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Shift Details:
- 12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
- Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Rotates every two weeks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- OR one to three months of relevant experience and/or training
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all job-related certifications
