Job Title: Operator 1 (Night Shift)

Location: Clinton, MA
Customer: Kelly Services
Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (rotating schedule)

Summary:
Join our manufacturing team in Clinton, MA, supporting Kelly Services to ensure the on-time shipment of high-quality products. As an Operator 1, you will be responsible for the manual assembly, functional testing, and inventory management of Direct Fulfillment systems. Efficiency, attention to detail, and a focus on safety and quality are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually assemble systems using torque drivers and hardware to specified volumes
• Functionally test completed systems according to established processes
• Retrieve necessary materials from flow racks and bin locations
• Perform back flush operations on computer operating systems
• Conduct physical inventory in designated areas
• Maintain 5S order and cleanliness at all times
• Adhere to all safety rules and utilize required personal protective equipment
• Comply with company safety, health, and security policies
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Shift Details:

• 12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
• Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Rotates every two weeks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• OR one to three months of relevant experience and/or training
• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all job-related certifications
