Mechanic

Snow and Sons Landscaping is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to join our team! If you’re a friendly, dependable individual with at least one year of experience working on small engine equipment and enjoy working in a team-based environment, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, trucks, trailers, and small engines.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and organize tools and workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fleet maintenance or small engine equipment repair.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ability and willingness to work on a variety of equipment, trucks, and trailers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, dependability, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
