Compensation Range: $180- $190K base (plus bonus)

Job Description:
Lead product strategy, architecture, and execution for a core pillar of an AI-powered discovery platform, owning a zero-to-one system end-to-end.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Own product vision, roadmap, and multi-year strategy for a foundational platform capability
• Define data models, APIs, and system architecture for AI-native experiences
• Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, extensible platform components
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams on semantic search, personalization, and classification
• Write PRFAQs and technical narratives to drive alignment and decision-making
• Engage customers and stakeholders to validate needs and iterate toward product-market fit
• Define success metrics, instrumentation, and experimentation frameworks
• Act as single-threaded owner; mentor PMs and raise the product bar

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • 7 years product management experience; 4 in technical/platform roles
  • Proven experience building 0 1 platforms or scaling complex systems
  • Strong technical fluency (architecture, APIs, system tradeoffs)
  • Experience driving business outcomes (revenue, pricing, GTM strategy)
  • Demonstrated ownership in ambiguous, high-impact environments
  • People/performance management experience
  • Experience across multi-cloud environments (not single-cloud only)
  • Strong written communication (PRFAQs, technical docs)
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and handle technical pushback
  • Track record of long-term ownership (no short tenures)
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • AI/ML product experience (semantic search, RAG, personalization)
  • Knowledge graphs, metadata systems, or enterprise data platforms
  • Experience in subscription-based or SaaS businesses
  • Digital fulfillment or growth systems experience
  • Background in B2B intelligence or developer platforms
