We’re urgently hiring a Partnership Tax Document Coordinator to support tax data processing for investment partnerships. You’ll track, upload, and manage Schedule K-1 forms, helping ensure our reporting remains accurate and timely. This role suits someone who thrives on details and enjoys working behind the scenes with critical tax data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track Schedule K-1 forms from various investment entities
- Upload tax documents to portals and update digital trackers
- Keep precise, organized digital records for audit readiness
- Collaborate with internal teams to flag delays and close gaps
- Maintain strict confidentiality across all sensitive documentation
Required Experience:
- 1–3 years in tax operations, investment admin, or document control
- Proven experience working with or processing K-1 tax documents
- Previous exposure to private equity or fund-related documentation
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Schedule K-1 reporting and tax implications
- Excel-savvy and detail-focused
- Skilled in organizing, tracking, and reconciling sensitive tax files
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
